"If we talk about Hygiene and cleanliness then I would suggest not to travel with the Bus provider. Bedsheet was dirty and pillow was super dirty. I asked bus staff regarding this then he replied that he cannot do anything. And He misbehaved with me. He asked me to reach out to Paytm regarding this since you have booked the ticket from Paytm. Always charge the extra money for luggage however never care for the luggage. Water bottle provided was not cold super hot and again the same Reply, I cannot do anything. Other passengers also complaints the same with no solutions. Zero rating for my poor journey."

I simply requested, not even asked, requested this old man to keep my food order since I was starving for 2 hours and it is very important for me to eat something before taking medicines. This rude and anapologetic person to just help me a little and when I asked him about my order, he started scolding me for no reason because he was frustrated with his job. Also, he opened my parcel as shown in the image given below like now I dont even know if i should eat this or not. Waise to baaton se hi unki pet bhar gaya. One thing that I noticed with samay shatabdi travels is that it is filled with unmannered, unsafe and uncultured workers who we cant trust with our safety. And I am not even on the cleanliness of the washrooms, seat comfort and all. These all are just worst that it can ever be. Just dont travel with these people. I am their regular customer and they take us for granted. Don't book tickets with them please."
